Every year the Scouts sell popcorn as a fundraiser. This year to help encourage more sales, the Cub Scout leaders of our very own Pack 516 challenge the boys by telling them if they raised a certain level of money they would get to throw a pie in their pack leader’s face at a future meeting.
Well, I’m sure you can guess what happened. That’s right, 3 of the packs met the challenge and were rewarded with the opportunity to put a pie in their leader’s face. What follows is a teaser from the sure to be smash hit “Pie Face” featuring our very own scouts from Pack 516. (Anyone know where I can sign up to be a scout? This looks like fun!)
St. Ann Cub Scouts monthly pack meeting in October doubled as a Halloween party. Everything from Star Wars characters, army guys, and scary guys to a police officer, the Pope, and even a scary elevator were in attendance! The Wolf scouts led the flag ceremony and many boys earned awards. The scouts had a great time playing the eyeball and spoon race as well as other games. It was a great night! Don’t forget it’s never too late to join Cub Scouts!
