St. Ann Fright Night 2012

The 8th Grade sponsored Fright Night on Saturday Oct. 27th.   There was a spooky hay ride in the cemetery and haunted classrooms in the school building.  Students played games in the gym and ate treats under the pavilion.  Thanks to the 8th grade, Mrs. Thompson and the 8th grade parents for a wonderfully spooky time!

Fright Night 2011

Preschool and grade school kids are invited to attend. Tour the terrifying haunted house. Win prizes at our ghostly games. Sit back for a horrifying hay ride. Dare to get a freaky face painting or horrible hair spraying. Dress up and enter the costume contest. Tasty treats and drinks will be available for all our ghoulish guests. Tickets can be purchased that night. All games, tours, rides, foods and drinks require tickets.

Cub Scout Halloween Party

St. Ann Cub Scouts monthly pack meeting in October doubled as a Halloween party.  Everything from Star Wars characters, army guys, and scary guys to a police officer, the Pope, and even a scary elevator were in attendance!  The Wolf scouts led the flag ceremony and many boys earned awards. The scouts had a great time playing the eyeball and spoon race as well as other games.  It was a great night!  Don’t forget it’s never too late to join Cub Scouts!

8th Grade Halloween Song

8th Grade Halloween Song 2009

On Thursday morning the 8th grade treated the school to a Halloween song. As Mr. Wiedmann played the guitar, the 8th grade sang “Down to the Quarry” originally sung by Peter, Paul and Mary. The fantastic singing from the girls was complimented by the eerie howls and grief stricken moans and cries from the boys. Great job everyone! Now we are REALLY looking forward to the 8th grade play!
