Dedicated to ServiceService Opportunities
St. Ann Catholic School teaches students the value of serving their neighbors and community. Students do a variety of service projects as a whole school and as classes.
Opportunities include:
- Each December the entire student body collects hundreds of pounds of food donated to local shelters and form a human chain to the bus.
- Cleaning up the local stream and sidewalks.
- Making cards for the homebound and sick.
- Sending love and prayers to the military by making and sending cards to the men and women overseas.
- The Student Council is always busy sponsoring fundraisers for groups such as the Humane Society, the Leukemia Association and pediatric cancer research.
- The garden club brings produce to farmers markets in neighborhoods without grocery stores.
